Before you shop:
1. If you do not like tuna there is an alternative recipe for lunch today and tomorrow. You will need to buy arugula and 1 extra chicken breast.
2.If you want to make your own chicken broth than look at the recipe from Detox 1. Do not buy any chicken breast at the store this week and just buy 1 whole chicken. Roast it Sunday morning. Start the broth as soon as it is done and you take all the meat off it. Use the meat for lunch today and tomorrow and in the soup.

​Only prep: If Tuesday night is buy, roast the veggies today instead and save them for dinner 32. 

​Saturday's dinner takes a little while to cook
